New York (March 1, 2012) – Jewelry trade organization, Prestige Promenade, announced it has 3 new member designers: Gemveto, Euro Pearls and Facet Barcelona, have joined and will exhibit as part of the Prestige Promenade Pavilion at JCK during Las Vegas Jewelry Week 2012.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome each of the new designers to our group,” says Prestige Promenade Executive Director, Robert Bridel. “Gemveto and Euro Pearls bring exquisite product offerings in their categories, while Facet Barcelona will be one our largest member brands with a vast and diverse collection. Euro Pearls – Established in 1973, Euro Pearls is one of the leading pearl companies in the world. The collection boasts rare, one-of-a-kind pearls and necklaces, as well as the exclusive jewelry brand Yoko by Euro Pearls. On the new partnership with Prestige Promenade, Alan Hakimian of Euro Pearls shared “We look forward to the opportunity of working with the top retailers in North America and the Caribbean to promote the Yoko brand.”

Facet Barcelona – A leading diamond jewelry manufacturer, Facet has a global presence with operations and design based in Barcelona, diamond buying in Antwerp and Mumbai and production in India. Facet’s vast network allows for the production of 12,000 pieces month while maintaining a strict adherence to European standards of craftsmanship and offering the latest styles and trends. According to the company’s Export Manager, Enrique Verdeguer, “As a new member of Prestige Promenade, Facet hopes to establish the brand in the U.S., build the team of retailers and use our strengths to enter the market.”

Gemveto – Known in the bridal industry for its revolutionary bridge setting style, trademarked Gemlok, GemVeto was founded by French designer Jean Vitau. The brand has since expanded to include the Jean Vitau Collection, a fashion line consisting of whimsical themes, colored stones and gold statement pieces. Mimi Galli, Vitau’s daughter, joined the company 25 years ago and explained “We are very excited to join a group of fine jewelers that reflect what we stand for – quality, innovation and style.”
